The New Year 2011 came with the presence of blooming flowers, rice cakes and watermelons in all streets and corners. All people were busy arranging works to come back to their hometown to decorate houses and buy jams for New Year. In such busy flow of the early year, people did not forget to remind each other to contribute to charity programs to help poor people. Nguyen Hue Flower Street was the symbol of Sai Gon’s Tet which was not only the place of colorful flowers but the “scent spreading” place of kind hearts, since there would be a special garden named Kindness Garden.
In addition to calligraphy by scholar with red paper and Chinese ink giving Golden Letters to people blessing the New Year, two big activities with Tet tree and Blessing Lake were the places for people to share lucks and happiness to other people. The wishes of early year were written on red and yellow cards those are hang on the Tet tree, which helped to lighten the spring in dark locations. Additional cards with heartfelt wish would make a flower blooming in the heart. The wonderful things were not only roosted in apricot blossom branches, but also rippled in Blessing Lake. Each coin dropped into the lake flies up a good wish for unfortunate lives. Spreading wave of love in Blessing Lake is to enjoy the full meaning of Tet.

All were there in Kindness garden with people of flower heart. Tet came on the flower street. Doing a good thing, each person would be a flower to make the life more beautiful.
