As an experienced businessman in creating and developing businesses, Mr. Tran Le Nguyen is a founder member of KIDO Group. As a founder member and CEO, he has played a key role in the development of KIDO Group over the past 30 years. Under his leadership, he has made an important contribution to leading KIDO to develop, becoming one of the famous brands in Vietnam and owning a rich product portfolio, dominating the market. He has led the KIDO Group's M&A deals and built the diverse portfolio of brands that have made KIDO what it is today.

He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of many other large companies in Vietnam.

She is one of the founder members, Ms. Xiem is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO of KIDO Group. With over 20 years of experience in operating retail chains and franchising the Bakery chain, she has contributed to the management and operation of the business since its establishment

Flexible, creative in approach and market expansion in the chain of retail stores, she has helped the Company's brand become more and more connected with consumers through the distribution of quality, safe, and nutritious products and in line with consumer trends. With her practical approaching experience, she plays a key role in the management team, greatly contributing to the development and success of KIDO Group during the past 30 years.

As one of the founder members, Ms. Linh is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO of KIDO Group.

In the early stages of founding the Group, with her experience in production management and administration, she helped the Company overcome challenges and expand its scale in the market. In addition, with her ability and deep understanding in the field of management, supply chain operations, cost management, quality assurance and enhancing competitive advantages of enterprises, she has built and developed departments in the Group's supply chain, making an important contribution to the formation of one of the largest food enterprises in Vietnam.

Ms. Linh is the leading "architect" in implementing the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) in KIDO Group to enhance the Group's ability to make timely and accurate decisions. In addition to her in-depth management skills, she also has experience in the field of education investment.

Mr. Wang has more than 30 years of experience in the food processing and manufacturing industry. With his experience, he has contributed with the founders of the Group to lay the foundation for KIDO's production activities from the early days of its establishment to the expansion of KIDO's production scale in the food market in Vietnam. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy CEO of the Group.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Lieu has been with KIDO Group since 2014 and is currently the Member of the Board of Directors of KIDO Group. She is a Doctor of Economics, has many years of experience and holds senior management positions in Finance of Vietnam's commercial banking system.

She was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister; Certificates of Merit from Ministries and Branches; Vietnam Entrepreneur Award; Golden Rose Award and Labor Medal awarded by the President.

Mr. Nguyen has more than 20 years of experience in managing and operating member companies of KIDO Group. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors, Deputy CEO of the Group, and also currently holds the role of CEO of KIDO Frozen Foods Joint Stock Company. In his position, he has made an important contribution to the development and expansion of the frozen food business.

He played an important role in developing the product portfolio, from ice cream, dairy products to frozen food, as well as expanding the distribution channel to make the Company become an enterprise with a leading frozen product distribution system in Vietnam, which plays a key role in building the two largest ice cream brands in Vietnam today.

Mr. Tung has nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing and trading in domestic and foreign enterprises. In particular, he has a deep understanding of the SBU model that KIDO is operating. Currently, he is the Deputy CEO of the Group, CEO of KIDO Nha Be, CEO of Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company and Deputy CEO of the Vietnam Vegetable Oil Industry Corporation (Vocarimex).

He graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics and completed the Advanced Leadership Skills training course from UCLA Anderson University (Los Angeles, USA).

Joining KIDO Group for more than 23 years, he was one of the first people to build and operate the distribution system model of the Group. Currently, he is a member of the Group, responsible for managing the company's conditional business activities. As a person who understands the market, has a strategic vision as well as planning and building an operating management system, he has a deep understanding of the company, the level of competition and the market through practical experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City and an MBA from California Miramar University (USA).

Mr. Hoang joined KIDO Group in 1997 and has more than 25 years of experience in managing and operating the purchasing system in the field of consumer goods (FMCG). In 2011, he was appointed as Deputy CEO of Supply Chain.

Currently, he is the Deputy CEO in charge of the supply chain segment of the whole Group cum General Director of Vocarimex. He graduated with a BA from the University of Economics and a Advanced Leadership Training course from UCLA Anderson University (Los Angleles, USA).

Mr. Hao Nguyen is currently the Deputy CEO of Finance at KIDO Group, spearheading M&A and fund raising strategies together with international business development initiatives. He has more than 18 years’ experience in private equity investments, corporate finance operations and restructuring, M&A strategy development and execution in Vietnam.

Before joining KIDO Group, Mr. Hao had spent more than 10 years working at leading PE fund managers including VinaCapital, AIMCapital and SEAF. He successfully built his track records through well-performed investments in FMCG, F&B, e-commerce, agriculture and healthcare services. In addition, he had 3 years directing corporate finance and investment strategies, fund raising and restructuring plans at Viet Thai International, a leading group in F&B retail (i.e. Highlands Coffee) and lifestyle products (i.e. Aldo, Swarovski) in Vietnam.

Mr. Ma Thanh Danh has been with KIDO Group since the early days of its establishment. He has been appointed to the position of Deputy CEO of the Group since 2013, in charge of risk management and internal control for the Group. He has more than 13 years of experience in business strategy management, brand management consulting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

He is also a BigData implementation consultant for many businesses in Vietnam. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Economics, a MBA majoring in International Business Strategy and Brand Management in Belgium.
