Recently, Leading Business Club (LBC) organized two experience exchanges with university students from the Mekong Delta Area and Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM). Mr. Tran Kim Thanh – Chairman of Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Nam – Vice General Director of Human Resource Development, Kinh Do Group and CEO of enterprises under LBC shared valuable and practical knowledge and experience to students.

At Ho Chi Minh City’s University of Technology, the topic “Career start and setting – the uneasy road” attracted the participation of more than 2,000 students from National Universities (University of Technology, University of Economics and Law, University of Social Sciences and Humanities). Mr. Tran Kim Thanh – Chairman of Kinh Do Board of Directors- shared his experience in business start, the challenges faced and overcome by him to gain success like today. The questions about the career orientations, the enthusiasm of youth in the career starting process raised by students were shared and answered by the speakers basing on their own knowledge and experience.

At Can Tho University, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Nam – Vice General Director in charge of Human Resource Development of Kinh Do Company- and business representatives joined in the experience exchange and shared with students with the topic “Career start – the luggage to the business world”. He and the speakers shared and instructed students how to orient their future careers, the necessary preparations to prove themselves to recruiters; and shared their actual experiences since they left school to gain success like today. Thanks to that, students could have more optimistic view about the future, since all the speakers started from various circumstances such as employee, official, trainee and so forth to become Vice General Director, General Director of well-known companies or start their own business.

Through two exciting and friendly exchanges, the program successfully confirms its practical meaning as the bridge between two generations: one mature who were successful and experienced; and another who were young, enthusiastic, active and ambitious to contribute to the family and society. It facilitates young people to gain opportunities to learn about the experiences in business start and challenge recovery from the mature generation – the leading business of success and great contribution to the society and the country.
